Here’s a website that did it. Content really is everything:
Tomorrow she will have been up for 7 days and by that time she will have close to (or more than – who knows) 200,000 hits. She found something to write about that the whole internet will latch onto and not let go of. She hasn’t been slashdotted or digged or boingboing’d that I know of; just content, folks. Thats the power of the internet.

I think that’s even better. Besides the fact that her experiment was an unintentional success, she did achieve huge numbers very quickly. It will be interesting to see if she uses this knowledge in the future.
